Some days ago, we, that’s Marcel, Rewa and me, had a fun little project with Mercedes-Benz Berlin where we got to spend a weekend with the CLA 200 Shooting Brake. On Saturday morning, we went from the nearby Max & Brown hotel where we stayed during the Berlinale, to the Mercedes-Benz branch to pick up our vehicle for the weekend. Originally, we planned to do some sports related shoots but unfortunately, the weather had upset our plan, forcing us to improvise.

Throughout the day, we visited some of Berlin’s most photogenic hot spots, including the Museum Island, the governmental district in the city’s heart, the famous Victory Column and even the port area at Stralauer Allee. Later, we went back to the hotel to grab breakfast at the hotel’s own breakfast restaurant Benedict Berlin. We had Eggs Benedict with Ham & Bacon, one ‘Texas Style’, that is 200g Entrecôte with two eggs sunny side up and fried potatoes, and lastly one Korean breakfast with fried flank steak, kimchi rice, spring onions, fresh coriander and two eggs sunny side up, each served with salad and fresh bread from the in-house bakery.

Special thanks to Mercedes-Benz Berlin, Benedict Berlin, and Daniel Röhrig!
